Indigo Airlines is one of the domestic airlines very famous for its cheap prices when compared with other airlines.
For the same reason once I booked Indigo Airlines from Coimbatore to Delhi for an official trip. They have offered me around 5k for this trip this is comparatively cheap with other airlines.
But I realised the original color of the airlines on the travel day only. On that day I went for the check-in 2 hours prior to the departure time. While standing in the queue only I came to know the flight is delayed by 1hour, I was really shocked as my meeting in Delhi is scheduled in the afternoon, I have to rush up because for this delay.
Customer service also poor they are not even giving proper responses for our queries and difficulties. After waiting for 1 1/2 hour finally went inside the flight. I had some issues with my seating also. That was a terrible travel for me as I have to rush up for the meeting.
Indigo Airlines is not a reliable one for emergency travelling situations. Only good thing is their cheap offers.
