I have been flying with Indigo for so many years bit last two trips has been truly forgettable and has made me change my preferred flyer from Indigo to XyZ permanently.
In two insyances in the month of July I was flying with my son and wife and tye ground staff at Kochi international airport were so inconsiderate that after repeated requests they were chitcatting and ignoring my request to check in inspite of paying the money and carrying all docs . They made me wait for 15 mins with a new born infant after charging Rs 1250 as infant charges .
I had to request and finally raise ky voice humbly to get noticed.
Even during checkin they charged me for extra baggage even though the extra weight wqs just .3kg and could be adjsuted in my other bags
Inside flight also we had some forgettable experience witu no speical guidleine or care for Infant.
All in all a dreadful experience.
