Below is the Conversation happened on Thursday 13th Aug 2015 during my travel in Indigo


You are telling that Your Ground Staff didn't forced me. I want to know  if your Ground Staff didn't forced than Am I mad to Go and change my Seat


You have 1st of all spoil my day, changed my seat & didn't gave my CPML. On top of that Your Customer Relation is putting on Me?


What a Rubbish Indigo Airlines?I want Action immediately now?

Following is my Grievance due to Total Chaos & Mishap made by your Ground Staff & The Air Hostesses during my travel today from Hyderabad to Mumbai by 6E 629 at 4:40


Please read all my points very carefully


I had done my prior web check-in as I need Aisle Seat always


Your Bloody idiot Ground Staff told me to interchange the seat and take 1st 27 B which was a middle seat which I denied since I always need a Aisle seat as I am a Diabetic Patient and need to go to loo frequently


Your Bloody Airhostess again came & requested me to take a Window Seat. after so much of request I said Bloody OK. But instructed them to take care of my Pre Booked Meal so that later there is No Confusions


I went and sat on 25 A from 21 D(my Web-checked after so much of hue & cry which I did by calling STD 10 times since your Webchek site was messed up by you people)


During serving of meal, None of your Airhostess considered. I had to ask for my Pre Booked Meal Shamelessly like a Beggar. Later Your Air Hostess Ms Parvinder came and took my Coupon. Told me to select meal from 2nd last page. Later she didnt turned off. I called her again. She was pretending as if I am a Beggar. I told her bloody return my Coupon Back as You were unable to give it. She told me that she knew and will give. She Bloody was testing my Patience. I refused for meal and told to give my Coupon Back. She played a Dirty & filthy sub standard game and after lots of quarrel by he she is telling me I will not let you go Hungry, at-least have water.


This is the way she & your ground staff screwed my Travel and lost my Mood


Later one more Air-hostess came and was again trying to disturb me


Can You Now tell me How will you take actions on this matter?


How will you return my Lost Mood?


I will Not accept any Apologies after this and No Calls I want Immediate Action and My Money Back for all the Mishap Made with Me during my travel which lost all my Mood & Temper and kept me Bloody Hungry & Felt Like I am a Beggar standing in the Que


All this happened due to your Dirty Bloody Ground Staff & Your Air-Hostesses who interfered in My seating Web-checking which spoils my Phone Calls & Time


I want Immediate Justice or-else I am taking this matter to Consumer Court Immediately within 48 Hours for Disturbing my Time Energy & Money
