This summer I went to Kathmandu via Indigo. I took a round trip ticket Delhi-Kathmandu-Delhi. It cost me around Rs. 9500. I am happy with the service provided by Indigo. I generall prefer web check-in so as to avoid the last minute rush in the airport. Indigo provides us a free seat choosing facility while doing web check-in.
A customer wants good service from the service provider. Indigo employees in the airport are very friendly to the passengers. I had a fragile goods in my baggage, they asked me about it and even helped me in packaging my luggage. All this make me feel happy.
A complain I may want to register to Indigo is that while traveling back to Delhi, they checked us while entering into the airplane even after we passed through the security check. This is not good. They should think about it. My overall experience was good with Indigo.
