I feel this review is:
Had travelled from Bangalore to Jaipur on 30 November 2017, early morning flight. Because the baggage had laptop and airtel dongle the baggage didnt come in the flight which I came to know when I reached Jaipur. REquested my wife to collect the baggage from Bangalore as they told next flight is only in the evening. My wife met the indigo staff in the Bangalore airport at 7pm and got the baggage only at 12 midnight after requesting many times to the Indigo staff. When I returned and checked the baggage realized many things were missing. I contactacted Indigo staff and the customer care multple times and finally had to forget the lost goods. Never ever by accident also take Indigo.
