These days most of us are into online shopping. I generally shop from https://flipkart.com, but they have a very limited product line up. However, I must say that their service is excellent till now. They keep you informed over SMS as well.
About ten days back I had ordered for a 'Headphone' from https://indiaplaza.in, and it is yet to arrive. The status shows, 'About to be shipped' for the past seven days or so, there is no e-mail response, and probably getting through to Barack Obama over phone would be easier than to get to the indiaplaza call centre.
So, here I am waiting. Thankfully, the item doesn't cost much and even if they don't deliver, I won't loose sleep over it. But be careful. Avioid indiaplaza.
