I ordered one jeans worth Rs 999.(order no.   I10031300059 ) I later realised that co. is no good and cancelled the order before they could dispatch it. I called and after being kept on hold for 5 minutes got through and they readily agreed for cancellation and promised to refund in 1 day.


I found my order was cancelled within minutes.  Little did I know that they had no intention of sending the product any way. When 1 week passed I called and did not get through for 20 minutes and gave up. next day I waited for 25 minutes but still could not get through . I now believe that they respond after checking CLI.  Then I wrote to them , one as a reply to their email which confirmed  the cancellation and also wrote on their feedback option.


As expected I did not get any reply. I then found on their site the option for complaints. It is completely automated and after going through various options I could not file any complaint. It is so designed that we are not to put in order number ourselves and system does not recall any order placed by me so I cannot register complaint. They have managed to disappear and I have nothing left but to complain to authorities.
