I placed my order - I05051300002(Whirlpool 205 I-Magic 5Pqg Titanium) and it has been more than 3 weeks. Indiaplaza missed my initial shipment date. I tried reaching the customer service 4 times and waiting on the line for more than 45 minutes or so, eventually hanged up as I couldn't get through the call. The message kept saying that I'm caller number "1" - what a joke!
Also, I've raised "2" trouble tickets, to which I haven't got any response yet. Basically, I can't talk to anyone, no one responses to my tickets - why do you call this a customer service? I very pissed and disappointed with the customer service - money has been with drawn from my account 3 weeks back and I dont know when I'd receive my order.
DO NOT PLACE ORDER ON THIS SITE JUST LIKE HOW I DID AFTER READING SEVERAL NEGATIVE COMMENTS. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE - WISH INDIA HAS STRONG CLASS ACTION LAW TO KILL THIS COMPANY.
I've asked for a refund. If I don't get it in timely manner, I might register a class action complaint against this company. If anyone wants to join me, let me know. They have been fouling customers right and left by not honoring the order/shipment date and not issuing refund in any timely manner. Getting to their customer support is almost impossible leaving the customer in pain and frustration.
