I purchased My first Picture dictionary for Rs. 144/- on 05/07/2013 by internet banking.
Order Details-

Name: Sudhimon A K and was expected to ship out on 09/07/2013. After that on every 3rd day when I checked my status I had been informed that they have missed the shipping date. At last I cancelled the order on 17.07.2013. They replied
"This is with regards to My First Picture Dictionary against your order I05071300011. Unfortunately, due to the sudden non availability of stock with our various vendors, we are forced to cancel the item. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. "
Till now I have made several queries for my refund and on every time there web site generated message says it will resolve soon. I tried several time to contact customer care by phone but it was engaged every time . Now I know that I have been cheated . They cheated me by
Displaying an item in their website that is no longer in their stock.
Get a payment for an item that is no longer in their stock
Not refund after cancellation.
Not response of Customer care by phone
No response to my email queries
I know the amount is small but the cheating make me vigilant to let others know that India Plaza is a cheating online store. I also want to go for a legal proceedings. And I have to give 1 star to their services to post this as the website demands a rating. I fact they are 0/10000 in all their services.
