Aliens are stealing our cows!!!. Review on India TV

Ever thought of a TV Channel, reachable to all parts of the country and some places abroad, that goes wild in its imagination daily and conjures up unbelievable stories(with graphical representations too!) for the "Aam Aadmi" to watch? If you have watched INDIA TV you know what I am talking about. If you haven't, I would recommend you to do so at your own risk.

The face of Indian Television has changed. I don't know how it ws before I landed on this plannet, but since I saw it, things have changed drastically. Our good old DD and its metro cousins did bore and entertain us in the 80's and early part of the 90's till satellite TV invaded India. It all started with the Gulf war being covered on CNN and then with the shameful demolishion of the Babri Masjid on 6th Dec 1992 telecast on BBC. These events were not covered that well on DD and hence, the "Tamasha" loving India population showed more interest in these satellite channels. MTV, Star Sports and the sundry added more flavor to the package and the India TV scene started changing for ever.

The beginning of the new millenium saw the arrival of the Ms Ekta Kapoor and she did an irrepairable damage to the soap opera scene of these channels, starting with her Epic .that saas - bahu thing!  A significant part of the Indian middle class has since then been engaged with such imaginary TV serials and have been trying to bring some of that(unwittingly and unwillingly) into their real lives. This was definately bad for the society, but hold on!

Look at INDIA TV and all your imaginations will look pedestrian with what they can come up with. Let me give you some examples of the reports I have seen on this channel( I am writing down what they depicted / said - none are my beliefs):

1. INDIA TV says - All the Hindu Gods reside on a Plannet in another Solar system called Ganymede. Some Japaneese scientists studied ancient mesopotanian scripts to arrive at this conclusion

I am confused as to why the Japaneese have an interest in our religion and how would the details of this be available in another unconnected civiliasation? BTW, Ganymede is a satellite of Saturn, the largest of our own solar system.

2. INDIA TV showed a lifted up poor quality video clip from YouTube and showed an alien peeping into an American Household's window. They claimed that no one other that INDIA TV has the clip or knows about it.

The clip was a clear stage managed mobile cam recorded one by some poeple, with someone sporting a weird mask resembling an Alien. One would once again be confused to think that the FBI were sleeping if this episode was ever to be true. Even the house owners were cool about it.Maybe the FBI need to subscribe to INDIA TV to peep into American Households.

3. INDIA TV showed another poor quality lifted up Video of apparantly a magic show, where the magician turned a girl into a tigress. We have all seen such things before, right? But this decrepit channel created a news report on this video claiming that this man(the magician not refreerd to by the channel) has supernatural powers to convert a girl into a tigress.

I fail to understand who would watch all this crap with a sense of belief. Why are the thinktanks of this channel so mindrupt that they have to conjure up such nonsense stories, that can clearly be understood to be fakes, nonsense and untrue? I had some regard for Rajat Sharma in the "Janta Ki Adalat" days. All is lost now.

There would definately be a class of audience that are ignorant enough to trust these guys. My biggest concern is that this channel is polluting the mindsets of uneducated lot, mainly in remote areas who may still believe in all this witch hunting. How is this channel still on air? Am I the only one who is mad here or are there others like me? Does any of my readers feel the same way about the crap on INDIA TV?

Once again, those who have not watched this channel, please watch it just for the sake of  watching how untrue and false these guys can be and how do they come up with their own fabricated reports.

And now for the King of Crap from this channel.

Last week these guys showed a report on how Aliens are stealing our cows. Yes, please read the last statement again - they meant it. The plot of their story is that some cows are vanishing from a few villages of India and as per their research(can they spell it?), Aliens are fnd of milk and are stealing our cows!.I have an email which has the screenshots of this report, fortunately captured by someone like me. I can send it to whosoever wants to have a look at it. You will have to send me your email address over M2M(If the comments section is not considered safe).

I understand a mundane review as this can not do justice to the divine entrancement this channel can create, but I have give it a shot good enough of a mortal.

I am concerned about our friend FE as Aliens have a fantasy for flying animals as this report said! They can't milk him I know, but they don't!

We blame many other news channels for creating scoops out of nothing. If you look at what INDIA TV does and can do, all such complaints would look pedestrian.

If they get to read my review, I am sure thay will have me kidnapped via their Aliens and put me to the wose punishment - to listen to Himmesh the horrible's songs. By The way, I think I must suggest all owners of cows to attach a CD of Himesh Reshammiya on each cow. Maybe, one the Aliens hear it, they may give out their visits to mother Earth and leave our cows to us. What do you say? Better suggestions are welcome.
