When I first downloaded Incredimail, I thought, wow this is great! But then I began to find its limitations. Not all the stationery is received at the other end! You go through the trouble of selecting really cool stationery to send, then find out that the other person can't see it! It works if everyone you send e-mail to is using it also! Plus it can drain the speed of your system. I found that it locked up my system too often (home and at work, which has faster network speeds, but still locked up) so I had to uninstall it. I found that I had to switch to Outlook Express because most of the people I send to have Outlook or Outlook Express at work and will be able to see the stationery I chose. I would say it's best for teenagers because when they find something they think is cool, then they get all their friends in on it and everyone can have a great time using all the functions! If you're older like me(39), using one of the Outlook programs is best because of its availability through a lot of companies. Unfortunately, Outlook doesn't have really cool notifiers like Incredimail! I sure miss that Butler delivering my e-mail! Also, I hear that customer service is best (but no guarantee) if you are a paid user of Incredimail! I'm still waiting for a response to an email I sent 2 years ago! Rotsa ruck!
