Take money for fix time delivery and still dont deliver and even do not inform.

Dont' convey the message requested.

WORST experience.

They had charged for the service to deliver on 21st Nov-16 which they confirmed on email. When I tracked the order online, it was being allocated from one bakery to another.

Later, I came to know they did not deliver the cake. I called them and then they said we have to check and are not aware. I had to call back again to be informed that there was'technical issue' which they did not bother to even inform. And again the next day the cake was delivered without any message on it.
