This has been my worst experience with online shopping. I placed an order for cake and flowers, order no 817910.

As confirmed by the representative, they said it would be delivered by 7PM maximum, the parcel was delivered at 9:50 in the night.

Moreover, the flowers and cake were not the same as in the picture and I dont feel like discussing the cake. The cake had a bad rotten smell as if the guy was carrying the cake for the entire day and delivered it at night.

Moreover, I tried calling the number for support and as I thought nobody responded. I got it delivered to some one special and getting to know that it was a rotten cake was very embarrassing.

I would suggest not to use this service if you are sending it to someone special, believe me nothing can be more embarrassing.
