Booked a gift for my Mom"s birthday on 09 DEC 2016.Supposed to be delivered on 12 DEC 2016.

Not seeing any update or delivery, I called the customer care two times on 12 Dec.The executive ensured the delivery by 7 pm.

By 6pm, I got this message
