HORRID SERVICES. FALSE ADVERTISING, CHEAP PRODUCT DELIVERED, DELIVERY DELAYED WITHOUT CONTACT EVEN AFTER 8 DAYS ADVANCE BOOKING, - CHEATING, LYING, EMOTIONAL HARASSMENT

Had ordered a floral arrangement. False advertising done on website. Pics attached. Was delivered a different looking product full of with mugwort. Raised issue on complaint chat box with pics, no revert received.

Ordered a customized bday gift to be delivered 8 days in advance. YET they decided to not deliver on the birthday and gave excuses like address not fount and not contactable. That too when a delivery was done on same address a week ago. Called Customer service/Complaint depp, they assured delivery and yet not delivered and received a threat that they will cancel the order on 2 followup. Insult and emotional trauma given.
