I ordered some wedding gifts for my friend. Actually it was me, who made some error while giving the address, but an email and a phone call, sorted out the matter. Again at the time of delivery, the concerned person was not available at the given address. IGP did best efforts to get in touch with me and deliver the product.
The products themselves are good. I will think of them again, when I want to send some more gifts.
