So I ordered a Rakhi gift set under their misleading express Rakhi delivery on the same day and in fact received a call from their rep when my payment was not being able to process. That is the only time when they are prompt. When they have to fleece customers of money!
So that mister confirmed that the gift would be sent to recipient that very day! Now that man has simply switched off his phone because he's scared of customer ire! And so is the case with their customer support number which has no executive to answer the bloody phone or even call back! Plus their Lucknow office is permanently defunct! Well the police will be arriving at their noida or Lucknow office very soon!
