India Gifts Portal is running very poor service. My Order number 935431. I made a payment to send Rakhi to my brother in law in Canada.

It clearly says that Rakhi will be shipped from Canada itself and will be delivered in Canada.

Now, I get another e-mail to track the order I can see that you have cheated us BIG time by shipping the product from Lucknow. DHL link for tracking the order shows the pick up location as Lucknow in India.

This is sheer CHEATING by IGP. The product is not delivered by Rakhi day and their phone numbers were not being connected. On e-mail simply making an excuse that the product is hand made hence the delay.

So unprofessional and dirty games to earn money. Phone numbers are also not going thru'. Poor service.
