If any one from IGP is checkig this. My order numer is 11388543.
I have order it on 14 Feb 2024 morning. while ordering, the delivery time was showing as between 10 am to 6pm same day.
However, as soon as I placed my order it changed to delivery expected by 14 Feb tentatively.
I order it to celebrate Valentine day. However, the items were delivered at 10:30 PM. that also with a missing item. Lindt Lindor chocolate heart in tin box rs. 275 was missing. and the valentine card I have ordered by paying rs. 95 was a normal card with general message. it is not a Valentine card. Very very dissappointed. My 2024 Valentine day is wasted by Igp.
one more thing, their customer care never picks call. I knew the importance of getting it delivered on time, tried whole day calling their customer care number+91 22 4343 3333. they never pick. they will start with waiting time 2 minutes and after reaching waiting time 20 seconds, it will keep repeating the same message over and over again. Their other customer care number listed says number does not exist when called.
Worst experience, I had this time. I did a mistake buying something igp. Cheated and wasted my day.
