I have been ordering gifts via Indiangifts Portal since years. I have never been disappointed till date. Today I made an order in morning but forgot to add some important details and needed to make some changes. For this reason, I thought of chatting with Customer care and Ms. Vijaylakshi Mhaske took my request. She was extremely courteous and was very helpful. Also, she assured me that all my requirements will be met.
