Guys.Don't even think of going for Idea Broadband.They are big time cheater.I was staying in Pimple Gurav Pune and had nightmare using Idea broadband.first of all it disconnects very frequently and you might get the actual speed only in night.
Now once you committed a crime by going for Idea Broadband then let me tell you it's not easy to disconnect the service.I cleared all my payment and called them thrice to disconnect the service and even after assurance that service will be disconnected and I will not get any further bill.well they sent me another bill for 2 months and start date of the bill is exactly the same day when I made request for discontinuation of service.Top of this the attitude of customer executive is as if they are your customer. Hope I saved few people getting into trap.
