I've used Idea's cellular services for more than 2 years approx, and came to conclusion the Idea is nothing but a cheap cheaters.


Earlier in 2013 when I was porting to the other network service provider I was offered a FAKE plan and I used it as per the plan I was offered. Later upon receiving the monthly bill I came to know that I got offered a fake plan. But upon discussing it with the Idea customer care and other senior personnel nothing happened.


Later I received a call from some Mr.Rahul I don';t remember his name now but he assured me that the problem will be resolved within a couple of days and the funny thing is that after two days they closed my complaint without resolving it and without my concern.


Since then whenever I tried to open the complaint they closed it without my concern also later I came to know through their Idea outlet stores that they weren't even registering my complaints. Bummer!


Also I've spoken to their some executive Ms.Javni upon discussion it turned out to be poor conversation. And another bummer I received that I've spoken to some Suraj guy in message response request from Idea cellular. She was trying to hide her identity, friend's that's Idea cellular.


they offered Rs.300 as a waiver for this and given only Rs.200, recently I received a  call from their Appellate Officer Desk, Ms.Garima Taluja and she said we've given you Rs.200 in this whole concern and the case is solved we won't do anything. Later asking what's Rs.200 to a client in response to a false & fake commitment and person's identity when things go wrong, she hung up on the call that moment.


Their facebook team also called me upon my post over their and assured me that the concerned team will get in touch in no time. another bummer NO ONE CALLED! LOL.


They added Rs.50 in my tarrif plan mentioning it's a raise by the company and it will be for everyone, then upon porting they offered me my old plan back. CHEAP TRICK IDEA.


I'm not writing down their whole story else I'll be needing a whole day write it down. Anyway I've move to another operator after all of this. I'm happy that I left Idea cellular, I'm not returning back to Idea cellular ever to I would advise to do the same while you can.

When I moved to your network as per policy I'm quite sure your company has documented all the records. Perhaps all the required information you will be able to get it from there. There's no need to ask me to send you the same document.


Also several satisfactory solution I've seen so far from your team, I have a strong believe I have to take my concern to some other department if no permanent solution will be given immediately.
