Hello, I am REZAUL ISLAM from Dhubri, Assam. I am using idea prepaid network for 3 years but I have very bad experienced about idea operator. At first, the network signal is very poor. Maximum time in my mobile shows Emergency Calls only. The issue is facing very badly in INDOOR but if you go to OUTDOOR then 1-2 signal shows on the mobile. If I talking with some one over the phone then the voice not be listen clearly. The internet data speed is very slow compared to other network. Even the speed is too slow that the small link like as https://google.co.in not be open. So I am very disappointed with this network.
In this 3 years, I have given approximately 50-60 complaint regarding network issue but they as of now not fixed the issue. Their customer service executive's behavior is very bad. If you call them then you need to holding the line more long time, and also when they received the call, if you tell your issue then they put your call holding long time and checked the issue. After checking also not help the customer, just says "Our system is Upgrading, so please kindly call back later"
If you given complaint about your issue by email then their customer service representative will not be reply to your mail. This is very bad.
The charges of idea operator is very high than other operator but service is very bad. Their rate cutter charged is 39 Rupees for make all call 30P/min for 28 days but in Vodafone their just 12 Rupees for make all call 25 P/min for 58 days. Data pack charges is also very high but speed is very slow. Sometimes they charged the balance without any value added service activate on the number. If I called regarding this deduction reason then their customer service representative says "There are not any deduction history shows in our system for your number."
Overall I am very unsatisfied with idea operator and at last therefore I don't recommend other to use this network operator. Thank you for reading my long review.
