Network is so bad that I have done 3G recharge and I am getting a seed of 30kb per sec and sometimes it do not wotk at all not even 1kb per sec.
On 13 Sep they deducted 110rs from my account and they refunded only 65 Rs and for 2 days my net pack was not working my std pack was not working and my sms pack was also not working. And when I contacted customer care, they was busy for whole day, I tried call atlest 60. 70times but they were busy .next day when I called them .they where in such a hurry before lishting to me properly.they hung up the phone.and I called today also around .3pm a girl picked up the phone and.
She was in such a hurry that before completing my santence she started talking .twice she tried to hung up the phone .I have to tell here that I have to tell her more.but then also .she was like she does not care. Please luk into the matter.
