Hi, as you have all know that IDEA is a very big Operator Company. Idea has launch many services in our State. I have used Idea Simcard and its very nice. Last time I applied a job in Idea Cellular Ltd and I got selected as a Runner(those who go and deliver Voucher Card to all the retailers shop). The job was easy just go and deliver the Voucher cards but the TA-DA that they give is very less. I have to spend extra cash from my pocket.
Moreover the aishwaryasingh23ment I get was only @4500 per month and I have to spend from my Monthly aishwaryasingh23ment for TA-DA. The good thing to be Idea employer is that they give me one Master Simcard which is Free calling free sms and free data which is very cool for me. But as compared to all the services provided by them I think it sucks. One thing if you staying in a City then its good to be working in this company but if you staying in a rural area then its very hard to adjust.
Think twice before you join this company.
