One best thing about ITC Infotech is campus. Once you are out of your building, you will feel like being in park.
There is no limitations on clock in and clock out time. You can always find peoples roaming accross your building or caferetia.
Salary structure look ridiculous. Basic will be always less, PF, HRA bill during tax declaration will be affected. The variable pay will be never be 100% and it is not applicable if servces notice period.
Long notice period(90 days)
When it comes to work, I would say ITC Infotech lag behind in following process/standards. They will run into development rather then design, so it leads to lot of rework and frustrations for employees in the child nodes.
Once you are put up into a project, you cannot come away from that even if you are willing to go out. You have to serve the project until it completes. It can be 2 years or 3 years. Though there is a process followed to release resource, it will take either 6 month or more than a year or it may not happen.
They spend a very less time in documenting the work, as the top level manager always use the same high level words and get escaped from reviewing the documentation.
They will give a very good package for people joining with 4+ years of experience, but dont expect hikes in next coming years. Learning will be very much limited once are into the project. The designation given to you may differ with job you are doing. It can be Positive or Negative.
No transport facilities
So I recommend you to think & get a review from any employee/ex-employee personally before you join.
