Join this company if you want to be a politician. Illiterate management and lack of policies make it a third class company. if if u resign, they will not make a smooth exit for you, they will not give any date for release rather they will suddenly summon you, ask you to surrender the laptop and term your exit as showing the pink slip.
I hate this company, recommend to not join this company.
