This is my bad experience with this company service. I used this service last one year. I want to use this service and very happy with it plan in starting days. I disappointed with broadband at present time because its connection is poor at present time and service is also poor. My laptop is not connected to the internet for a long time. I call to customer care much time and technician came to my home and they made it but the same problem creates within three weeks. I angry with this service and want to leave with this company service.
If you want to use this service, please follow few points.
Check its home service timing and its plan is very high compared to another broadband service.
Do not pay adapter cost.
Compare its service to another company.
