G Broadband is a very good ISP. Review on ION Broadband

I have been an active user of ACT Fibernet in Bangalore for the past 3 years and it has never been bad.

Frankly, ACT showed me way back in 2013, what good internet speeds are, and I bet you, that they promised me 50 MBPS and gave me that all the time except on very rare occasions when probably their servers were overloaded. Slowly but steadily it started driving a bigger and bigger hole in my pocket as my consumption was shooting up and I had to upgrade my data volume upwards with each passing year.

That's when I decided to try out an alternate(G Broadband - Bangalore).

ACT started ACTING too smart and started revising their data tariffs upwards, even when internet in India is on a boom and every ISP/Mobile ISP is facing cut throat competition. The fact is that the higher the data speed, the  higher the data consumption and ACT was playing around with this frankly.

G Broadband is a local player, but bet you they have upgraded their network to OFC and is capable of giving decent connection speeds with a double data offer of what ACT provides today. The connection and activation team installed the connection at my house in flat 4 hours from the date of order booking.

They have another USP, which bigger players do not currently offer, ie; G Broadband Sharing Galaxy(https://bloominggalaxy.com/index11.html). They have dedicated servers for the latest in entertainment, software and load of personal data upload.

What more does one need, when they offer 120GB @ 25MBPS for just 800 INR.

I guess their customer care desk for logging new registrations and technical complaints, is outsourced and can never compete with branded players. You need to check our their nearest office address and call the local technical support who will ensure that you have trouble free internet experience in less than 1 hour even if internet fails. I have not had even a single internet drop from the day I hired them.
