I have been booking movie tickets online for a pretty long time with PVR and FAME . I have never had problems. Today first time I thought I have never been to inox . so thought of booking movie tickets for me and my wife online ., Selected the date --> Seletected Bangalore--> Selected the movie name --> Selected show timing--> entered contact details and CC details .------ ????? ,
The website which was working absolutly fine till I entered my CC details , suddenly threw an error . after that it came back to the hompage . When I checked my Bank Account online Amount of Rs 470 has been withdrawn by INOX leisure limited . . I have been trying to contact people at inox though phone and email but not even a SINGLE RESPONSE . till now
I dont know whether they will refund my money .. if it doesnt happen in couple of working days . I will have go to the consumer forum . .. . even thought amount is not very big .. but anyways its our hard earned money .. and I should be the last person affected .
