Absolutely the worst and the most toxic university on the planet, the faculty and non teaching staff are absolutely rude and treat their students like animals. The reason they look down on their students is because they think they're poor and stupid, IGNOU is so proud that it's the largest University in the world but the truth is that it's actually the shame of India. UGC hates this University, so I encourage those who are willing to go to this University that it's better to go to any private university even if they're expensive at least they treat their students like humans and not like animals
