I used to always wonder, is Dish Washer a mere Fad of the rich? Does it really wash the dishes, the way we do with the hand? Or would it be another of the gadget adorning the kitchen?
I still remember when the Washing Machines were introduced many homes continued washing clothes the old fashioned way and the Machines were used only on a Sunday or a Holiday. Today homes completely depend on these machines. I wondered would Dish Washer start the same way?
I was wrong. When we bought our first Dish Washer - IFB Neptune and put it to use we were amazed with the performance. The dishes came off sparkling clean and Dry. It was very easy and convenient to use and worked rather quietly and in the specified time range.
I consider a Dish Washer useful from my experience for the following reasons
- It prevents clutter of dishes on the kitchen sink/platform. Just stack it into the Washer and keep
the surrounding clean
Less risk of crockery breaking in the hands of your maid.
Men who hardly step into the kitchen can be of help to their wife by helping in operating the
Machines.
- Women become tense seeing a mountain of dishes in the sink. They can now relax as the
Machine will take over.
- The best part of the Dish Washer is that the utensils come out totally DRY.
Yes, the Best part is the Drying feature of the Dish Washer. Wiping the dishes dry with hand is a big chore. This job the Dish Washer does very easily. Just take the dishes out and stack them back into racks or the storage units.
However now coming back to the IFB service. The Additives(Detergents) used in the Dish Washer is available only with IFB. They are not prompt in Delivering and its takes days before you get the products. You may also have to remind them a couple of times. Seeing this type of pathetic service I wonder what their service would be if the Machine fails to work. IFB was pull their socks up and provide much better service. How can a Company expect this product to catch on in the market when the user is totally dependant on the company for running the product and the company's service is inadequate?
On the whole a product worth the cost and a boon to the home. Go get it and see your dishes sparkling and Dry.
