Dear Friends, I have a very good experience of IFB Products. Previously I had IFB Washing machine and now recently I have bought IFB Neptune Dishwasher. The product is excellent as expected. I did not go for LG even though it is cheaper than IFB and has greater network of service centres because of below points.
1) IFB is leader of washing machine and dishwasher giving a very reliable product which shall have very less maintenance requirement and very less chances of damage which is not in case of LG Products.What is the use of buying cheaper products which are having more maintenance and more prone to damage.
2) The other most important thing is the washing result. Almost all types of utensils are cleaned and have very good and satisfactory results. We do not have to again re-run the process for getting them cleaned.
3) Other major point is the noise of the washing machine. You should compare the noise of the dish washing machines before buying. It would be written in decibels. The noise from IFB is very less.
4) I do not know about other cities but Gujarat has a good network of their service centres. Even in not so developed city like Jamnagar they used to send their representatives within 2-3days.
The IFB customer care of Vadodara is very good. They give a call after you buy the product and come at your home for installation and briefing about the product.
The other good product is SIEMENS but it is very costly and their service centres are very few
