I bought this microwave on the basis of the goodwill of the IFB washing machine I am using from years. But for microwave, I am forced to take AMC, considering that paid to changed the magnetron thrice in 3 years.
Customer support executive or customer care personal are not ready to accept that this scenario is questioning the quality and durability.
