I had purchased a 4 no ifb 1.5 Ton inverter air conditioner in bangalore it was told that it had 4 way swing but it was 2 way swing.
This was a big cheating my ifb I had installed it on February 2015, and the installation was done my ifb team, but it was not done in proper format so the the gas leaked, still it is not fixed I complied to customers care on 13 may 2015, till to day I have not got response my ticket no is 15654051.
No technicians has called till today, but they have closed the complete without remarks, this I came know when I called the customers care, even the technician are not technically sounds, in ifb team, and has brought cheap Chinese tcl brand and rebranded it has ifb.
But quality of the machine is really worst and sound level are very high as rated has 48 db in outdoor unit but I checked with sound meter it was registering 69 db and all my neighbors are completing about this in spite of my complaint ifb has not rectified the issues and thare are careless, I already have filled a case in consumer forum for cheating me for 4 way swing.
Now again in need to fill a case in consumer forum for not provideing service, and high sounds level than the rated capacity, so please don't buy ifb products they are sub standard products so please customer who as cheated by ifb please file a case in consumer forum, and fight for your rights, and I all ready have lg air conditioner I have not faced any issues till today
