I am a customer of IDBI bank from last 6 years.
I haven't face any difficulty while using banking services.
Phone banking is perfect just use your registered mobile no. to use this service.
ATM facility is good, never faced difficulty of out of cash except after "NOTEBANDI" . this is temporarily we all know.
Internet banking is awesome and so easy to use. Easy to Do NEFT, Recharge and other billings.
customer service and banking staff service has always been caring and supportive.
I recommend to open an account in IDBI bank and use the prominent service of the bank.
