IDBI can be rated as good bank if compared with other banks on any aspects. I have been it's customer since last 4 years and never faced any problem with it. The service of the bank is very good, they treat customers well. Moreover, the charges of the bank are very nominal. It is around the same as PSU bank charges and providing better service as compared to them. Overall it is good option for better service with nominal charges.
