Icici bank people are bump people they only do what their system does , many
occasion I find they did not anything of good abnking even basic knowlwdge is missing.
I have submitted application for closure of my demat account as I got frustrated by
their "system". On the instruction of their Bank official I have filled the closure
form and after 10 Days they send me that request has been rejected as CliedT ID
on closure form is not valid , actually it is BO ID but their officer never told
me to fill that this is very basic knowledge for person dealing with Demat accounts ,
that has imposed me penalty of Rs 220 for that , Can you see how I am paying for
dump people of ICICI bank .
They will say as per their system it has been deducted but the human part is missing . They will never give you branch phone number and always insist to talk to call center .They have so much faith in therir system one day their system will make all people dump.
