I am using the services of ICICI securities for past couple of months for daily trading purposes and to invest in some bluechip stocks in NSE. The customer representatives were eager when I approached them to open the account. The account opening process is the only easy part in dealing with them. Once your account is opened, then they happily forget you. After few weeks of account opening my account was locked for some unknown reason, I had to write several emails and make multiple phone calls to them to get it fixed. And for all this tough experience with them I had to pay a very high brokerage on all their services, be it intraday trading or long term investing. The stock recommendations they gave has never worked for me. In fact I have lost my capital money many times when I went by their stock market advisory. Now I have completely stopped using their service due to the lack of promptness in any issue I follow with them. better to avoid their services than feel sorry later.
