ICICI people are cheaters and frauds only. They have given us a Pinnacle policy(policy no. 17300900) and after giving 50 k per year for 5 years(2.5 lac), we are getting 2, 48000 back. What kind of rubbish is this? In the duration of last 5 years(which is the locking period) non of the agent/employee(Mr Abhinav(Mob 9711111961) and Mr. Mukesh(mob 9910738656) has picked up the call and no one sends the fund value statement even after sending msgs to him repeatedly.
At the time of giving policy, icici people have talked very high about guaranteed highest NAV and all but It was all fake.
After getting fed up with your no response people, we have visited icici office at Greater Noida and came to know that ICICI people has done fraud with us and deducted all our money on the name of some expenses.
When we again call the icici person Mr Abhinav(Mob 9711111961), he has started abusing that "I have done this, you do whatever you can do".
After paying money for 5 years, instead of gaining something we have even lost our money. This is really strange and ICICI has to face the consequences of their employ's over smartness and misbehaviour.
