I regret not reading the above reviews about icici prulife. I was told by the agent that there is a nice plan available for my investment.I had money in reliance mutual fund which gave good returns(14% after tax). The agent didnt tell the new product is unit linked insurance product.She basically told that it gives 30% returns and is a better investment product
.I was told a lot of lies, when I asked about the product.I wasnt even asked for medical. And they purposefully delayed giving the documents.After reading the terms and conditions of the product i realised my mistake and wasnt able to cancel now.
Please dont invest in anything before doing groundwork on your own.Dont believe the agents words .Ask for documentations. If you are not sure or if it appears to have very little information about the product, dont invest, as you will be given all the proper documentations after you have signed.
