I had joined ICICI prudential life insurance as an adviser, and after getting the training I found that although all life insurance companies are having similar product the best part of this company is it provide good training to their staff, so that employees of this company can help the people(insurer) to choose the right product, as well they provide the best service to the client also, After analyze your portfolio, earning income, risk, they approach the right product to the client.
Within seven days of all your document submission, you will receive your, policy with the scanned copy of your signature form and document for future reference, so I did a pension plan through this company.As I had done it to pay on monthly basis, 2 days before I get reminder on my mobile and registered mail id to keep sufficient balance to produce the ECS.
Also on every birth day I get a mail as well as sms, although it does not affect my portfolio but it makes me happy, and if you are having any issue with the policy then contact customer service, as my issues has been solved with immediate effect.
