I'm ICICI PruLife customer, my personal data has been entered wrong despite providing all relevant documents. Multiple follow-ups with the agent has fallen on deaf ears & he is totally apathetic. The toll-free number does not provide an option to talk to a CSR and there is no other option to change the details! the online site provides very little options to update.
I'm not able to open the statements I receive as my password would not be valid due to wrong data entered by ICICI. I cannot make a claim/close my policies as data is wrong and they cannot verify my details and/or does not match with the data they have!
At the end of it all, the customer has to pay for all the blunders committed by the insurance company.Never go with this company as everything starting from their service to the processes they have are all flawed and you will regret ever going with this company!
