Totally dysfunctional customer service. Even escalations to gre and smgre give no results. They will keep sending template responses and nobody really cares about resolving the real customer pain points.
I am an NRI and have lost a lot of money due to their ineffective functioning. I would advise HNI And NRIs to stay away. If you are able to waste hours and days following up and visiting their branches physically then maybe you can do well with them.
