I went to ICICI bank few days back to open PPF A/c.
The manager assigned me a person, to assist me.
That person started telling me about ICICIs product & started comparing ICICI product with PPF & making fake promises.
Based on my previous experience with ICICI I took that product.
When I came home and started searching about the product, then I came to know that he sold me insurance plan.
When I called that person to tell that "I don't want the plan", he told me "now it is not possible to do anything".
I sent many emails to ICICI, made calls to customer care, but no reply.
Now I am struggling to close that policy.
That's really disgusting!
ICICI is spoiling their own image.
