These guys don't process claims even after months. Guys be careful if you are planning to go with these folks. And their customer care executives also don't respond properly. I have multiple claims to be settled. Even if I log a complaint to VP level, no one cares or responds. They take 48 hours for your cash claim to be settled, then understand their service.


If you log a complaint to VP, you may or may not get response. In ICICI lombard its other way of escalation. End of it you will feel customer care executives are better route to log a complaint rather than Associate VICE president or Vice President.
