today I am going to share my experience about icici loamboard genral insurance policy. icici loamboard is a part of icici bank. before 1 year ago I have taken an genral insurance policy from icici loamboard through a broker. after 6 months later I need to claim my policy and then I contact to icici loamboard's branch for my policy redemption. they don't give me any satisfied answer.
After 7 days they told me that we need to verify your document's and policy redemption reasons. after that they five a time of 15 days to receive my money. but after 2 month's I got my money. so I say that it's not a really good policy.
