I, Ch.Thandava Krishna, taken the home loan on June 2007. Since that day on wards my repayments are regular. Jan.09 & Feb. 09(two months) my ECS chqs(19, 511/-). were bounced since I lost my IT job.

The same thing I explained to the Bank Executive and asked him to send his collection agent to my house on 25-02-09. But on 23-03-09 I dropped an ICICI savings A/C Chq. of INR 19, 500/-(Nineteen thousand five hundred only) in favor of my Housing Loan.

On 25-03-09 collection agent came to my house. I clearly said that the chq. was already dropped. Then he asked my savings A/C No. The same was given to him.Surprisingly on 26-03-09 I received a SMS stating that my savings A/C was debited INR 19, 004/-(Rs. Nineteen thousand and four only) instead of my crossed chq. INR 19, 500/-

Then I phoned to both the bank people by name Mr.Satya(Cell: 09701736877) and Mr. Vikas. They themselves are blaming each other.Final conclusion is without my concerned and cheque they debited the amount from my saving A/C. I don't know how they have done like that. I made a complaint on the same day i.e on 26-03-09. Till today I have not received any clarification. I realized that our A/C No. should not be disclosed to any one.

This is the ICICI
