Applied for Housing Loan in Aug 2019.
They said due to low CIBL score we cannot offer (Fxxxxxx came to my office and sold Credit Card saying free. I never used the card. Fxxx made me pay 5000 towards the Credit bill).
After submitting Documents, They took 3 months to provide a loan.
Nov I got the payment and started to construct the house.- Feb applied for raised the Demand for the balance amount.
May again reached them, Fxxx Inspite of having all the documents. They told be shared again.
There representative never pick our phone.
June 2020 they said since you have opted for a moratorium we cannot give balance amount.
July and Aug 2020 I paid my EMI and these fxxxxxx say we cannot sanction the load due to deviation of the site for construction of the additional room.
My question is WTF you guys we doing from FEB to July. After paying EMI you guys are providing any funds.
I'll ensure that take over of the loan is going to happen and will move it to SBI Bank.
Guys beware of this #Fraudicicibank and worst service provider.
