I have very poor customer experience with Icici. While using internet banking I tried to make a transaction at IRCTC and it got failed. Due to which IRCTC withdrew money from my account. After request they refunded the money to my account. Again after sometime there shows a debit of the amount towards IRCTC again. Why did ICICI authorise that payment without my knowledge?
That means anybody asking for money from my account will be given the money witout asking the customers? OH never to bank with them and I would not recommend anybody to bank with ICICI or else they would be taking a risk with their money. I have submitted repeated complaints with them and irctc but nobody cares to return a customers money if they have taken it once. I recommend that nobody should use internet banking atleast with icici. I have a very bitter experience. I request that if by any chance icici comes across this reveiw then to go ahead and do me a favour by crediting the money to my account as soon as possible. my e-mail id is amitabh.bng@gmail.com
